Each bouquet you take home will have a bag tied around the ends with some water in it. This helps to keep your flowers as fresh as possible until you bring them home. Remove the bag when you are ready to trim the ends and place the bouquet in a vase of water.
If you want to keep the shape of the bouquet, don't remove

Don’t forget to trim your stems!
Whenever you first place your arrangement in water or change the water, trim about ½ inch off the bottom of each stem at an angle.
Over time, the ends of the stems can become sealed or blocked, making it harder for your flowers to take in water. Giving them a fresh cut helps open up the stems so they can continue drinking and stay fresh longer!

Flowers hate drinking dirty water!
To keep your flowers fresh and from wilting too quickly, make sure there aren’t any leaves or petals sitting below the water line. These can cause bacteria to grow and shorten the life of your blooms.
For the longest-lasting flowers, change the water every 1–2 days and give your vase a quick rinse before refilling it.

It’s no secret that flower food helps keep your flowers fresh and beautiful for longer! However, improperly mixed flower food can actually do more harm than good.
For the best results, pour the flower food into your vase first, then add room-temperature to warm water. This allows the flower food to fully dissolve before adding your flowers.
